PISS POOR service I’d give negative stars if I could. This place has been dwindling down in service for years so I came on and off when I really wanted lashes since they didn’t mess those up before…… well today I wanted a classic set I didn't want anything dramatic looking or extra fluffy so I showed them a picture of what I got done last time by them just to tell me that was “too long” I asked for clarification and was met with a deer stuck in a headlight look and she repeated herself AT me not just simply talking to me which was aggravating when these are SUPPOSED to be professionals…. I asked what all did regular look like and all she said was short medium & long I paused and asked her to show me what they looked like she couldn’t I asked her what was the difference between regular and thick she said the fullness I said okay what about cat eye which they had priced for $40….. another deer stuck in a headlight so when I asked okay so what would the last thing I got be considered now she just kept saying it’s too long it’s too long this resulted in her having a hissy fit and storm off because I was confused…. I’m not sure if they thought I was a teenager but I’m fully grown and either way you don’t act like a child when someone is inquiring about your business. I went down the street by ludlow and was cheaper , better , friendly and faster I’ll be going there from now on this place at the top of the hill is worth NOTHING. They used to pop in the early 2000s now I see why it’s almost always empty it’s never full due to incompetence.
